Language I/O Product Manager, Wyoming

Product Manager Job Responsibilities

This product manager position is based in Wyoming at either of our Cheyenne or Laramie offices and requires experience in agile product development. This involves identification of new CRM platforms that Language I/O should expand into as well as new support channels where Language I/O translation apps don't yet exist and which would benefit our customers. We will soon be expanding into AI/chatbot channels as well as into Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow.

The second area of product management is in translation technology and machine learning. This position will be responsible for staying on top of the latest in neural machine translation (NMT) technology to be sure that Language I/O is integrated with the best available NMT engines as well as to identify new areas for machine learning within the Language I/O service.
