Headed to Relate Miami? Help Us Plant Some Trees

February 7, 2020

fog-3622519_1920.jpgJoin us at Zendesk Relate this March in Miami Beach, Fla., learn about how we can save you money on multilingual customer support and help us support our national forests.

This year at Relate, which goes from March 3-5, Language I/O will donate a tree to our national forest system in the name of anyone who signs up for a demo with the Language I/O team.

“We came around to this idea while thinking about what sort of conference swag we would offer our booth attendees,” said Language I/O Co-CEO Kaarina Kvaavik. “But the more that we thought about it, the more we realized that rather than providing conference giveaways that are not sustainably sourced and will likely be forgotten about, we could make a small difference. By donating trees to the National Forest Foundation, we are helping advance the revitalization of 193 million acres of the National Forest system.”

At Relate, in addition to helping rebuild our forest system, Kvaavik and the Language I/O team will be showcasing Language I/O’s complete omnichannel multilingual customer support solution for Zendesk. Language I/O’s software suite allows all Zendesk users to communicate with their customers in their native language over Guide, Support and Chat. Unlike its competitors, Language I/O:

  • Provides translations for more than 150 languages
  • Never charges customers for article content that has already been translated. If an article is updated and only part of the content changed, Language I/O uses a translation memory to retrieve the previously translated article and only charges for the changes
  • Allows customers to impose preferred translations of corporate or industry specific terminology
  • Uses five of the best machine translation engines to ensure greater accuracy with translations
  • Provides flexibility so that our customers can chose between professional human translations or machine translations, or a combination of both, dependent on cost, turn-around time and quality requirements.
  • Is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant to keep all customers’ data safe. Language I/O also encrypts customer data

To meet with the Language I/O, stop by booth Z04 in the startup area.

“Language I/O has always been committed to giving back to our community and our natural resources,” said Co-CEO Heather Morgan Shoemaker. “We’re headquartered in Wyoming, which is a recreational haven for so many. Everyone on our team rock climbs, mountain bikes, or skis. Every one of us uses our national and state parks. We’re thrilled that we can give back.”
