San Francisco Dreaming and Multilingual Customer Chat Support

This year, Language I/O will host free demonstrations of its chat, case, social and article translation software for Salesforce Service Cloud. Language I/O’s chat translation product, which works directly inside the Salesforce customer service management (CRM), was released earlier this year and is already saving customers on customer service costs.
“We’ve been saving Salesforce customers up to 40 percent on multilingual customer service costs for years, and Dreamforce is a fantastic opportunity to show people how easy our software is to use,” said Language I/O Co-Founder Kaarina Kvaavik. “We’re a long-time Salesforce partner and cannot wait to share our products with new clients.”
While some multilingual customer support providers only use machine translation, Language I/O uses a unique combination of professional human translation and machine translation ensuring all customers get the best translations possible for customer interactions. Language I/O also:
- Integrates with five different machine translation engines
- Automatically trains machine translations to use customer specific glossaries
- Allows agents to choose human professional translations or machine translation on a case-by-case basis
- Encrypts personal data (we of course are GDPR certified!)
- Allows for selective translation so only a portion of a ticket or chat is translated
- Uses professionally pre-translated templates and auto-responders to reduce cost and improve quality
