Wyoming-Based Product Manager Wanted for Awesome Tech Startup

asian-3503418__340.jpgWhew! What a busy year for the Language I/O team. We spent the first few quarters significantly increasing the size of our sales team and expanding into a new office in Salem, Massachusetts. Now, we’re hiring a Wyoming-based product manager. 

The product manager will primary be responsible for identifying new customer service relationship (CRM) systems for Language I/O to add to the platforms it currently supports. These include Zendesk, Salesforce and Oracle. She or he will also be responsible for identifying new translation apps that would benefit our customers. Currently, our apps support translation for articles, tickets/cases and chat within Zendesk, Oracle and Salesforce. Apps supporting Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow will be added later this year. 

Finally, the product manager will understand translation technology and machine learning. They will stay on top of neural machine translation (NMT) technology ensuring that Language I/O continues to integrate with the best NMT engines on the market. The product manager will also identify new areas for machine learning within Language I/O.

It’s critical that the product manager can work in either Language I/O’s Cheyenne, Wyo. office or its Laramie office. Some, but not all qualifications for this position include:

  • Two year minimum of product management experience with a software company
  • BA in a relevant field
  • CRM administration and use
  • API development, documentation and usage
  • Agile software development
  • Jira sprint planning and feature/bug definition
  • UI design and usability
  • Photoshop or similar tool for UI mockups
  • Communication and writing
  • Basic coding
  • Software QA
  • Interfacing with enterprise customers
  • SaaS product development
