Zendesk Support Translation

The Language I/O® Response plugin for Zendesk allows your monolingual agents to respond to customers in any language as if they were native speakers. Specifically, Language I/O Response for Zendesk:

  1. Plugs directly into the ticket workspace: Language I/O Response is an add-in for Zendesk that can be installed into your Zendesk support views for the translation of ticket threads between the customer and agent
  2. Allows for a human retranslation: The incoming customer question is machine translated from the customer's language into the agent's language and a "retranslate" option is available if a human translation is required
  3. Combines human and machine translation: Translation of the agent's response to the customer can be configured to default to rapid human or machine translation. Our machine translation engines are trained to use your product and industry-specific vocabulary.
