Language I/O is seeking a talented Salesforce developer to design language translation Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. Language I/O delivers market-leading, multilingual customer support technology that enables mono-lingual support teams to email, chat and otherwise provide text-based support in any language, right inside of any major CRM.
As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
This Salesforce developer should have experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, Salesforce Deployment processes and strategies, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. This role will create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Creating timelines and development goals
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
- Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Minimum of 2 years developing Salesforce applications and plugins
- Previous work experience with application and software development
- Strong experience with the Agile Methodology and proven experience of working with agile teams.
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce
- Proficient in Lightning Experience, Aura, Lightning Web Components
- Proficient in using Visual Studio Code for development
- Proficient in REST API
- Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
