And an authentic servant leader that builds trust and provides support. Adept at building relationships and helping the teams reach their full potential remotely.

Our core translation product, CRM integrations, and API allow organizations to increase support capacity and expand to new markets, without requiring a proportionate expansion of their support headcount and contact center overhead. To be a successful Scrum Master, you must fully understand Agile practices. This job requires excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills. In addition, you need to be proficient at facilitating decision-making processes, meetings, and eliminating team impediments.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the Scrum master role in a SaaS company
- Must understand backend software development.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum Agile
- Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills.
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Scrum master certification
- Experience using Jira

Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Language I/O seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer who will work contributing to the API and UI automation suites. The role will be in charge of testing and automating the tests to ensure the overall quality, consistency and specifications of Language I/O’s customer-facing and internal infrastructure software systems.

To be a successful Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at LIO you must have a passion for quality and a great problem-solver and enjoy working with your QA and Agile team.
Objectives of this Role
- Understand, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance processes
- Meet or exceed quality standards
- Carefully design test cases, defects and results records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create automated API and UI cases with documentation
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet Product requirements
- Understand and communicate risk with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers)
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Create and execute automation scripts
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in backend automation.
- Command of programming languages like Java and Python
- Strong grasp and experience in backend automation (Including Rest API and Database testing)
- Experience automating with tools like Postman and Playwright
- Ability to create scripts with relational database technology such as Aurora
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
